Independent Artist Wesley Hill to Bring Authentic Guitar Sound to the 14th Annual Pike Road Patriot Fund Crawfish Boil

The Pike Road Patriot Fund is excited to announce that self-produced singer-songwriter and guitarist Wesley Hill will perform at the 14th Annual Crawfish Boil on Saturday, May 2. The community’s favorite springtime tradition returns to Century Church (1001 Marler Road) from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM for a day of food, family, and music.

Wesley Hill will take the stage during the 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM time slot, bringing a unique blend of intricate guitar textures and soulful songwriting to the event’s live music lineup.

Hill’s musical journey began at the age of six, sparked by the transformative, psychedelic sounds of Jimi Hendrix. Though he spent years privately honing his craft—developing his vocal style in his car and writing songs in college—Wesley eventually traded his lack of confidence for a professional stage, encouraged by a supportive community of peers. Since graduating, he has successfully transitioned into a full-time independent artist. Now two years into his career as a professional musician, Wesley continues to build a growing discography defined by authenticity and a lifelong devotion to the creative process.

“We are thrilled to have Wesley Hill join our lineup this year,” said Richard White, Director of the Pike Road Patriot Fund. “His dedication to his craft and his unique sound make him a perfect addition to the day.”

The annual Crawfish Boil is the primary fundraiser for the Pike Road Patriot Fund, a 501(c)(3) non-profit dedicated to providing grants for arts and athletics at Pike Road Schools. Over the past 14 years, the event has raised more than $212,000 to fund everything from theater equipment and show choir uniforms to athletic gear and training supplies.
