The Brandon Self Band to Bring Raw Southern Rock Energy to the 14th Annual Pike Road Patriot Fund Crawfish Boil

The Pike Road Patriot Fund is excited to announce that The Brandon Self Band will perform at the 14th Annual Crawfish Boil on Saturday, May 2. The community’s favorite springtime tradition returns to Century Church (1001 Marler Road) from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM for a day of food, family, and music.

The Brandon Self Band will take the stage during the 12:45 PM to 2:30 PM time slot, bringing their high-energy, unapologetic brand of Southern Rock to the event’s live music rotation.

Fronted by songwriter Brandon Self, the band has become a regional powerhouse, bridging the gap between country storytelling and arena-ready grit. Their live show captures the spirit of the modern working class, with a sound built on “three chords and the truth.” With deep roots in the dirt roads of the South, the Brandon Self Band is a must-see for fans of authentic, guitar-heavy Americana.

“We are thrilled to have The Brandon Self Band join our lineup this year,” said Richard White, Director of the Pike Road Patriot Fund. “They bring a great energy that our attendees have come to expect, making them a perfect addition to an amazing day outside at Century Church on Marler Road.”

The annual Crawfish Boil is the primary fundraiser for the Pike Road Patriot Fund, a 501(c)(3) non-profit dedicated to providing grants for arts and athletics at Pike Road Schools. Over the past 14 years, the event has raised more than $212,000 to fund everything from theater equipment and show choir uniforms to athletic gear and training supplies.

Event Highlights:

  • The Food: Thousands of pounds of fresh Louisiana crawfish, plus hamburgers, hot dogs, and BBQ available to purchase.
  • The Music: Live performances throughout the day, including The Brandon Self Band from 12:45 PM – 2:30 PM, along with previously announced acts, rising country music star Sarah Stone, and singer-songwriter Wesley Hill.
